Hold, supervised and blind transfers are working fine here on latest CVS and
latest SIP image for cisco 7960.
The only problem I found about Blind Transfer is this scenario:
* SIP endpoint A dials the extension for user B in context "local"
* the B extension happens to be a macro "stdext-macro"
* the call context for A is set to "stdext-macro"
* the B user blindXfers the call from A to exten C
* asterisk looks for C in "stdext-macro" (which is the current context for A)
and of course it can't find it
In short: if you are dialing a sip peer through a macro this peer can't
blindXfer. Not a big loss, but somebody might be interested.
