Thanks, but this is the patch that has been applied to 2.4.21-pre4 (or maybe
pre3) and it was in my running pre5 and I still had the same problems though
possibly not as bad. ie, bad enough to be a problem...

If anyone else comes up with 'the' patch, especially the one for asterisk to
handle the dtmf, that would be nice.
