[Asterisk-Users] OT: PRI costs in US

I can confirm Canadian pricing.  I pay Ma Bell just over $40CAN per line,
and I've got a 512K dedicated/1Mb burstable fiber for $395CAN.  $1000CAN for
3Mb sounds about right.
