[Asterisk-Users] Call Transfer Announcement

I need SIP, MGCP and (if possible) CAPI. It would be really cool to
receive a call from A (externally), trying to reach B (internally) and
then (after timeout) transfer that call to C (B's cell phone - externally)
without having to bridge it in asterisk
