[Asterisk-Users] ISDN4Linux + Asterisk and Europe

Remember that capi 2.0 doesn't have echo suppressor routines.
Only Eicon Diva server cards have on board DSPs, that can
be enabled with Eicon custon CAPI commands.
(the great * chan_capi already do that).
