[Asterisk-Users] Activate MySQL logging

[Matteo Brancaleoni]

on startup asterisk (asterisk -vvvvc) starts ok?
i.e. if wrong data is given onto cdr_mysql.conf ,
asterisk won't start at all.

look also if there's a cdr_mysql.so under /usr/lib/asterisk
