ACD can be implemented in many ways.  I have an app that distributes calls to logged in agents based 
on a longest idle formula.  It will be released to the * community when it's ready for prime time ( 
or just nearly ready ).

It supports multiple queues based on caller ID area code and companies ( read inbound contexts )
