A thought for ATA186 users regarding the Cisco licence. You will not
need it to connect to *, it is only required when you use Cisco Call
Manager. If purchasing Cisco kit for * always purchase the spare part
version number, starts with =, this never includes the licence cost
which is US$95.

I heard on the FWD list that the ATA-186 in the vonage kit on Amazon
does not include the Cisco license (Vonage holds the licenses). Don't
know how much that matters to you, but something to keep in mind.
