I think it'd have to be a tdma/digital one for our local carriers .. afaik
the cheap rate plan only applies to their digital service. I can't say I've
worked much with cloning/forging ESNs, I thought that was semi-impossible
in the digital phone world, but I guess I'm getting behind. :)
