You can emulate this by creating identical entries in the voicemail.conf
file:

302 => 12345,John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
302 => dup,John
302 => dup,Jacob
302 => dup,Jingleheimer

When used for accessing voicemail, only the first entry will be used,
but all entries will be used when attempting to find a Directory match.
