[Asterisk-Users] The Best Phone? and call recording

I need to buy several (about 10) phones for asterisk (we are also
getting the 4 port T1 card) and I need good suggestions on what phone
will do what we need.

Here are a few:
-very flexible
-not locked
-some sort of display (and ability to send/control what it shows from
asterisk)
-sip support


Maybe even h323 support, but it's not necessary.
Any suggestions are appreciated...

Also, can asterisk record ALL calls?  What calls can I record.  We want
to be able to archive all conversations.
