Hello,

The best thing to do is to use the XML config files. the web interface isn't
the best way to do anything, it's best to kind of ignore it.

Has anyone on the list been able to successfully setup a Polycom Soundpoint
500 IP phone?  I am getting failed registrations, and the Polycom
documentation is not very precise.  Their web interface isn't helping much
either.
