The only thing that I can think of that might come close is a Cisco 2600
series. They are modular routers with two or three expansion ports. You can
for sure get an Ethernet connection as one of the modules, but I'm not sure
about ADSL or Cable. They have ports for VOIP, but I'm not familiar with
them:
