[Asterisk-Users] Voicemail notification problem

When one exension has a voicemail, stutter dialtone is turned-on for all 
extensions.

My zapata.conf entries:
mailbox=61 at other
mailbox=62 at other
mailbox=63 at other
mailbox=64 at other

My voicemail.conf entries:
[other]
61 => 1234,...,root at localhost
62 => 1234,...,root at localhost
etc.

Are my entries correct, or is there a way to fix it so that just the 
extension with the voicemail gets stutter dialtone?
