ok, here is my setup

Fax machine -> ISDN pbx -> (chan_capi) -> Asterisk 1 -> LAN(chan_iax2)
-> Asterisk 2 -> Internet 100ms (chan_iax2) -> Asterisk 3 -> (chan_capi)
-> ISDN pbx -> Fax machine

i use plain iax2, no trunking.
