Project: Call Center Features
Project TurnOver Time: Thursday 11 Dec 2003.
Amount: $250 (negotiable)
Scenerio:
US T1 <---->Asterisk Server  <IAX2, GSM/iLBC/G.729> Asterisk Server <--->  Agents: Agents are using X-Lite/GS SIP phones.
 
Features:
1. SIPScan: Like ZapScan, Admin/s want to Zap the client call comming from remote server to local agent or from local agent to remote user.
2. Whisper and takeover the Call while doing SIPScan:
Press *1 to start whisper to the local leg of the call () [i.e. admin/s wants to guide the local agent] and *1 again to stop whispering.
Press *2 to talk with both local leg and remote client (i.e conferencing)
Press *3 to takeover the call and start talking with the remote client directly, and the agent gets hangup tone.
Press # to jump to next call.
