How about something like this?
exten => _7XXXX,1,Ringing
exten => _7XXXX,2,Wait(4)
exten => _7XXXX,3,Voicemail2(u${EXTEN:1})
exten => _7XXXX,4,Hangup
Just be sure you get the extension right :)
