[asterisk-ss7] how to install Asterisk-ss7 & libss7

So does this mean that the asterisk-ss7 branch is no longer under
development and all future changes are going to be made to the Asterisk
trunk?  Should I be looking at moving from the asterisk-ss7 branch to the
main asterisk trunk?
