        <li>Starting with Use Case 13, every two use consecutive Use Cases have the same name. You should add the "no transcoding" and "with transcoding" parts to the names to clarify.</li>
        <li>Actually Use Case 11 and 12 have the same name. Just need to expand to distinguish.</li>
        <li>These were developed before the Best Practice guidance which calls for Pre and Post Conditions. You could just state up front that the Pre and Post Conditions are the same for every Use Case, which appears to simply by the Asterisk SCF system is deployed, configured and in an operational state.</li>
        <li>Use Case 1 has a scenario step which says "Media negotiator determines no transcoding required." - Is it really the media negotiator making this determination? Or is it the Bridge itself, who would decide the Media Negotiator isn't required at all? (This flows through to other Use Cases!)</li>
