<p>I've increased the "strength" of the statement about the result of the design decisions.</p>
<p>I don't really want to get into what Slice is on this page; if the text here prompts you want to know more, we can provide content on other pages to satisfy that desire, and even link to the ZeroC documentation on that subject.</p>
<p>I think the last paragraph is in the right place; it expands on the simplistic concept of 'components' that most people will have when they first begin reading this page, to try to get them to start to understand the real power of what Asterisk SCF components can be.</p>
