<p>What is the CallManager? Where does it live? Is it implementation specific to the channel service?</p>
<p>I'm not sure I agree with having the bridge initiate the actual call. There will be cases where we don't want this to happen. I'd much rather have the call initiated outside of this and the bridge simply react to what occurs as a result.</p>
<p>Random thought re: your bridge comment. We should have that as a parameter when setting up the bridge, perhaps a minimum number of participants required to keep the bridge active.</p>
