We'd originally discussed having separate pages for the various Linux distributions, but it was decided collectively in the end to stick it all in one so that individual changes to the build process wouldn't need to be updated in loads of pages.

Now that the build process has evolved a bit and a lot of the build details flushed out on the various distros, it maybe a good time to revisit using multiple pages.
