[asterisk-scf-committee] End User Personas for documentation and presentation

I see the need to define some end user personas[1] for establishing
the direction of documentation or presentation. I will throw out some
simple ones here and explain how they can help.

Harry
A nerd that likes to learn in his own home.  He often will install
many things on a system to test them out.  He may lack funds extra
development / staging systems.

Blue Hill Systems
A large corporation that is taking control of their global communications.

East State Cooperative
Community based telephone company
