I also agree with Kevin's assessment. I too have pulled the sources and compiled them. Unfortunately I haven't had the spare time necessary to pull all the required information together to actually make something functional like Andrew has done, but hope to very soon here. I look forward to the "polishing" process that will occur in the weeks leading up to AstriCon, which should make the process easier to digest and make me a more productive consumer of SCF.

Thanks for all the hard work, Digium folks! My team and I are excited about the possibilities that SCF brings and eagerly await the 1.0 release.

I agree with your summary Kevin. Honestly the direction listed on the
wiki looks great.  Milestone 3 is optional (aka 1.1, 1.2) type stuff.
As far as the discussion about the installation documentation.  I have
installed and played with Asterisk SCF with the info on the Wiki.  I
think that we only need to broaden the target audience for the
documentation.  The info is all there, just takes some skill to get it
done.
