<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The system works fine in general but we
have an issue that is wasting a lot of agent time in this particular call

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>All calls placed to Telmex numbers with
voicemail activated (which basically, all telmex numbers have voicemail
activated nowadays) present this behavior when the call is answered by the Telmex

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>On Axtel trunks, when the voicemail is
supposed to play the initial greeting (wheter it has been customized or it has
the Telmex prompt), the call appears as connected but with no audio. The call
is connected alright because if you press any button, you will hear voicemail
options (Telmex prompts) but the fact that the agent doesn’t hear the
opening greeting has been disturbing to their operation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>On the Telmex trunk is even worse, the
phone rings normally up to the time when the voicemail should open and then you
get the “all the circuits are busy” prompt from Asterisk and then
the line is disconnected.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>I’ve tried different wanpipe and
