I do not see two important things in the configuration you posted:<br>

1 - No context where the call is received<br>
2 - No channel => 1-15,17-31<br>

Also, when I connect to a PBX I usually do:<br>

mfcr2_max_ani=0<br>
mfcr2_max_dnis=30<br>
<br>
This is because most PBX systems will not send out ANI and I use the<br>
DNIS as the dialed number.<br>
