openr2 doesn't generate any ringback. You need to configure Asterisk to
play ringback tones (and if you're bridging to SIP that also means the
remote end may need to send ringback if they're sending a 183 with media).
Most telcos generate the ringback on their own though, but if your telco
doesn't, then you need to make sure Asterisk or any other equipment
upstream does.
