[asterisk-r2] Rx CAS 0x08

[Vinicius Fontes]

This E1 link went down a few times on the last days, but after going up
again the MFC/R2 channels were back to IDLE on both Rx and Tx.

I guess we can say it's solved now. Thanks a lot!
