Hello. I'm having an issue on multiple customers where sometimes most
channels have their Rx CAS set as 0x08. When it happens, I can't place
calls on those channels, and the following happens:
[Oct 8 10:45:54] -- Executing [1 at teste:1] Dial("Console/dsp",
"DAHDI/62/*REDACTED*") in new stack
[Oct 8 10:45:54] WARNING[1328][C-00002b9d]: app_dial.c:2437
dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI' (cause 17 - User
busy)
[Oct 8 10:45:54] == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:1/0/0)
[Oct 8 10:45:54] -- Auto fallthrough, channel 'Console/dsp' status is
'BUSY'
Here's the output of 'mfcr2 show channels' and 'mfcr2 show version' when it
happens:

OpenR2 version: 1.3.3, revision: (release)
If I restart Asterisk, all channels go back to IDLE on both Tx and Rx and I
can place calls on them again.
It seems like a bug to me. What other information is needed to investigate
this?
Here's the relevant section of chan_dahdi.conf for those channels:
