[asterisk-r2] Only one channel IDLE, the others are BLOCK

Nice one, I forgot to include it.

Everything is the most recent non-beta version I could find. I used
dahdi-linux-complete-2.6.2+2.6.2.tar.gz

Asterisk, DAHDI and OpenR2 are compiled manually.
