[asterisk-r2] dtmf r2 Venezuela

Gustavo,

Esto me pasó en alguna oportunidad y mi solución fue invertir el orden 
de entrantes/salientes.

Podrías por favor comentar como hiciste el port de DTMF-R2 a Asterisk 1.8?
