[asterisk-r2] Going back to Idle after sending Clear forward

Hi All,

We are developing to have R2 over IP using Megaco protocol for the IP network.
I'm facing a situation where the incoming end didn't send idle CAS bit "10" after clear forward is being sent by outgoing end.
As a result the outgoing side stuck in clear forward state.
We are in proposal to start timer after sending clear forward and go back to idle if we didn't receive idle CAS bit within the threshold time.

Can anybody please tell whether  our workaround is in consistence with the MFC-R2 protocol or not?
And also whether similar things can be done after sending clear - back to outgoing end?
