[asterisk-r2] every 3 calls fails 1 call

 Hi all,

I have 1 card with 1 E1 conecting a PBX and a PSTN(named COPACO from
Paraguay), the calls sometimes just don´t "call", I had the problem that
the numbers of digits to dial are variable, and then MOY(Moises Silva)
wrotte me the solutions, but  some 1 of 3 calls always fail.


In this example I called to a call center of a bank, for three times , the
third time the call fail.

How can I know why the answers doesn´t complete?
