Hola buen dia,

Revisa cual es la fuente de sincronismo de la tarjeta, que deberia ser
la operadora. Revisa los conectores, el cableado o un balun
defectuoso. Si el enlace es por radio y esta desalineado o fallando,
puede haber errores en los contadores.

Puedes ejecutar un dahdi_tool, y ver si hay Irq Misses y si la fuente
es el E1, o el clock interno.

tambien puedes hacer un cat /proc/interrupts y ver si estas
compartiendo recursos irq en el sistema con la tarjeta TE.
