[asterisk-r2] openr2 doesn't show on asterisk 1.8

This issue is solved.

There was a couple of issues actually.
Regarding the openr2 library, Yulieski was right, by recompiling
asterisk with the prefix openr2 was recognized

Regarding the Digium card which was not freeing up the lines (they
showed 1101, no matter what I'd do) it was not solved until I modified
chan_dahdi.conf to include dahdi-channels.conf

Thanks to Yulieski and Ricardo McGrath for the help provided!
