[asterisk-r2] caso extraño MFCR/R2 Venezuela

Y ya le preguntaste a tu carrier si es posible??
Muchas veces el carrier no está "capacitado" para hacer ese tipo de
marcación.

Casi siempre él tiene que habilitar que puedas tomar las troncales desde el
último canal al primero.
