[asterisk-r2] How to configuration for Polarity Reversal for DTMF R2

TDM system with R2(DTMF) mode  can used A bit similar state of FXO port seizure and answer use same condition close loopback circuit.
Probably you system used A and B and NEC expecting A bit., please ask to NEC engineering to pass CAS setting mode.

now i ask the NEC technician they can't detect CAS bit only call through VoIP only but Telco work fine

Polarity reversal is used in analog lines (FXS lines) to signal
answer, not in CAS systems. In R2, the answer is signaled using CAS
bits and is currently being done. You need to ask your NEC technician
why is their system not able to detect the CAS bit changes that we
send to signal "Answer"
