has que tu llamada salga por el canal 17 de forma forzada
en las troncales crea la troncal zap/17 la zap/18 y asi sucesivamente hasta
la zap/21 y en las rutas utiliza esas troncales



lo mas seguro es que tu llamada este intentando salir por el canal 1, y
recuerda que en cantv los primeros 15 canales son entrantes, trata de
llamar por el17 y verifica si tu llamada sale, ese problema lo tuve yo,


te funciona el CID??
