[asterisk-r2] error callerid mfcr2

Buenas tardes lista, tengo un asterisk 1.8.4 con OpenR2 version: 1.3.1, para la señalización de mfcr2 de cantv. Resulta que las llamadas entrantes, no tienen callerid, por ejemplo:

como se ve muestra un supuesto  1111111111 - 1111111111 como ANI, y en los log del mfcr2 muestra lo siquiente:
