[asterisk-r2] Register SIG R2, Line SIG e&m: Unable to setup Asterisk/libopenr2/Unicall

Telco give me this brief spec:

MFCR2 in loop compelled signalling

I really do not know if it is a legacy implementation
or just an unsupported analog E1

Tips appreciated
