[asterisk-r2] llamadas con ruido

Buenas les escribo a ver si me pueden ayudar ya logre configurar mi e1
llamo y recibo con un poco de ruido pero tengo un problema que algunas
llamadas no salen y cuando veo mfcr2 show channel sale esto y cuando saco
una llamada y otra persona intenta llamar me tumba la llamada que ya existe
