Obrigado Arnaldo!
Atualizei a biblioteca e recompilei o asterisk
sem problemas, porem continuo com o problema
de congestion mesmo tendo canais livres, apenas
nos links R2, ISDN esta indo sem problemas!
obrigado!

O ideal ? recompilar o asterisk, a menos que voc? tenha certeza que a api
usada pelo chan_dahdi ? a mesma exportada pela vers?o da sua libopenr2. Uma
boa refer?ncia em portugues:
http://blog.alexandrealencar.net/2008/05/asterisk-com-mfcr2-openr2.html(assi
m
como outros posts do blog do Alexandre)
In english: unless you're sure the chan_dahdi you're using is compatible
with libopenr2 you're about to install, you should recompile asterisk.

It may be they use a different variant than ITU. Ask them which MF
