[asterisk-r2] Problem Get ANI Number

a couple day ago, the telcos sure me that they always sent ANI digit to our
server. but i don't know how to approve it. because we don't have any tool
for it except test call by ourself and until now we just get empty string
ANI. :(

If at the other end you have a telco, then yes, the telco probably is
not sending caller id. Make sure they enabled caller id in your line
(in some countries and telcos you have to pay extra for this).
