[asterisk-r2] asterisk blocking channels

I guess can be used for any R2, but is hard to help someone which is using a
piece of software that is outdated, I don't have the time to maintain it
anymore and does not make sense to maintain two R2 libraries, not to mention
to maintain a whole channel driver just for R2.
Why aren't you using openr2?
