[asterisk-r2] Problem with interface PBX in the web elastix

I Have problems with the web interface of elastix, when try to entry at
portal web PBX the screen stay in white,

I try to go at Unembedded freePBX  direct and this error show me

FATAL ERROR
[nativecode=1044 ** Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database
'asterisk'] ** mysql://asteriskuser:eLaStIx.asteriskuser.2oo7@localhost
/asterisk

Some one know that is ??
