[asterisk-r2] doubt about how to handle calls with openr2

Logs are ok and make things clear. This has nothing to do with
configuration.

The receiving side is not detecting the MF tones sent my the originating
side. I smell a driver problem.

Verify with dahdi_monitor ( do man dahdi_monitor to learn how to use it )
that audio is actually being received by the incoming leg. If no audio, then
that is the problem, no audio, no tones, no call :-)
