[asterisk-r2] Channels get stuck in idle/seize

Should I specify the same file as output for both runs, or each one in a
separate file?

Also, I'm noticing the following error:

[Oct 30 10:04:05] ERROR[31243]: chan_dahdi.c:1600 dahdi_r2_write_log: Chan
65 - Broken MF sequence g
ot 0 but never got tone off for tone 7!
[Oct 30 10:04:05] ERROR[31243]: chan_dahdi.c:1600 dahdi_r2_write_log: Chan

Category Request Transmitted,

DNIS = 0027, ANI = , MF = 0x37
[Oct 30 10:04:05] ERROR[31243]: chan_dahdi.c:1372
dahdi_r2_on_protocol_error: MFC/R2 protocol error

Any ideas about this one?
