[asterisk-r2] Telecom R2 Alarm

Gaston was about to update, using Sangoma seems to work when dchan parameter
is completely removed from zaptel.conf and TDMV_DCHAN is set to 0 in
wanpipe1.conf (or whatever number of wanpipe config you have).
The dchan setting does not really make much sense on cas spans, given that
the HDLC engine is not used, so I suspect some drivers may not setup the
channel properly when that setting is set, this is a weird issue with many
elements in place, telco specific switch, zaptel/dahdi version and
configuration.
