[asterisk-r2] Telecom R2 Alarm

Hello,
    
    I have problems with Argentina Telecom provider and R2, the receive an
"Alarm" so they don't enable the lines ? They say me that is happenig to all
new customers that try to use Asterisk. Any ideas ?
