[asterisk-r2] Honduras Telephone Company - Hondutel - mfcr2 variant

Hello Hector,
"mfcr2 show variants" in the Asterisk CLI or "r2test -l" from Linux CLI will
show you the supported variants at this point.

You can try with "itu" variant and see if it works, if not, you can e-mail
me off-list to find out what would be needed to develop the variant for
Honduras.
